Terms of sale and reservation
Scope
These terms govern the use of milleconcept.com, owned by Irene Millan (tax ID [To be completed]). The site is in a pre-launch phase: for now it only allows reservations with no payment. By making a reservation you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.
Reservations with no payment
No charge is made during pre-launch. By reserving you do not complete a purchase or take on any payment obligation: you simply tell us you are interested in one or more items. Prices shown, in euros with VAT included, are indicative and may change before opening.
Confirmation and opening
After reserving you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number. We will notify you by email when the store opens so you can complete the purchase, subject to stock availability at that time. A reservation does not guarantee item availability.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time and at no cost by writing to hola@milleconcept.com.
Shipping
When you complete the purchase after opening, we ship to mainland Spain for €5 (free from €100), with estimated delivery of 2 to 4 business days from payment confirmation.
Payment and withdrawal
Payment will be processed securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) only when you complete the purchase after opening. From that point you will have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason, as detailed in the returns policy.
Warranty
All products carry the 3-year legal conformity warranty provided by Spanish consumer law.
