What data we process and why

Reservation data (name, email, phone, shipping address): to register and manage your pre-launch reservation and notify you when the store opens. No payment data is processed during this phase, as reservations involve no charge.

Account data (name, email, order and reservation history): to provide the customer area you request when registering.

Email: for communications about your reservation (confirmation and opening notice) and password recovery.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (art. 6.1.a) to register the reservation and notify you of the opening, consent you may withdraw at any time. Once sales begin, contract performance (art. 6.1.b) will cover orders and a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c) will cover invoicing and tax records.

Recipients

Processors necessary for the service: Vercel and Neon (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). Once sales begin, Stripe (payments) and carriers (delivery) will be added. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid transfer mechanisms.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Reservation data is kept until the store opens or until you cancel the reservation or request its deletion. Account data is kept until you request its deletion.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@milleconcept.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site only uses strictly necessary technical storage: your shopping bag (kept in your own browser), your language preference and your account session. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is required.
